Eligibility : 5+ years experience

• At least 3+ years of in depth experience in the relevant technology
• Must have experience of having worked in multiple projects as a senior programmer.
• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic professional.
• Ability to innovate, strategise and think out-of-the-box .
• Excellent team building, communication and interpersonal skills with experience of having managed a team of size > 8
• Ability to manage the expectations of the customer and the team.
• Ability to mentor the junior members in the team.
